I met Tessa two years ago when she spent a few days at my daughter Janet's beach house with Ali and Neal. I only knew her for a short time, but she left an impression on me that I will never forget. When she left, I told Ali and Neal, and the rest of my family that she was such an extraordinary young lady who I so enjoyed spending time with. Tessa was a bright shining light who will be greatly missed. My deepest condolences to the family.
