While I wouldn't say I "knew" Tessa in College, I did interact with her a few times and knew some of our mutual friends in Kappa Kappa Gamma more closely. I was still on campus when she originally went to the hospital and was shocked to hear that. She always had a pleasant smile on her face and seemed to be propelled by a positive force in a place that has a lot of stress and negative emotions. She was a friend to all and I was and am inspired by the amazing life she's lead. My thoughts are with her family during what must be a painful time. Best wishes from Chicago <3
